Have been providing consulting and services on business & strategy, process and quality, project management, BPO, HR, IT and risk management.
Currently amidst transition as to change from operations management background to technology domain.

I am sure its just like any other affectionate and happy family. I would like to portray that ours is a small family of four who are just like a normal middle class family of India, very simple, caring, affectionate, traditional and happy going family. I have been blessed with wonderfully great parents and a lovely younger brother, though we stay away at times from each other may be for jobs, may be in situations there is always a bond that can never ever break in any situation and at any dimension. We all stand by each other always and we look forward to welcome my spouse to share a similar bond with us too.

About Me and Marriage:
My views about marriage is that it's a community by itself which bonds not only two individuals but two families and as time passes where two souls get united with their families. For me relationships are most important and the key to the success is communication , understanding and the value for relationships. I am sure that as long as we respect elders and follow our conscious in right things and at right places in right way it always leads to harmony.
As an individual, I am very simple, straight forward and caring personality. I am ambitious at profession and works hard to achieve the things. I prefer to be honest and transparent and expect the same form my spouse.
I mingle easily but take time to get close with people. though I take time, I eventually trust my close ones and they are my world . I am more practical and a bit emotional at times , I am a strong follower of science while I do have faith in god too. I am a foodie and at times don't mind traveling here and there at leisure but always would love to spend time with my loved ones.
Human values are utmost important for me and having learned that the hard way, I am at peace with patience while being ambitious. I do not advocate lies and liars ,will be hurt greatly if my trust gets broken!
There might be views/perceptions which could be difficult for me to accept but I don't mind accepting/communicating alternatives for them with my loved ones. At the same time, one can expect me to caring and sensitive about the things as well, but always I believe the key is a healthy communication. Well, there are lot of scenarios and situations that a family or one could be in and I look forward for a spouse who can walk with me at all highs and lows of my life that one may or might not expect . After all that is the bond that we are talking about ain't it?
Preferred Partner profile:
We as family prefer a down to earth and simple person who can gel with us and family. A companion worth sharing my soul with is what I look forward and I am sure I would put my best efforts in making a great companion too. And of course our views, experiences and opinions should be match to comfortable levels from both sides which would make things smooth in proceeding further towards most harmonious, peaceful and joyous life to foresee ahead. I do look for a fun filled journey with my spouse to share all the warmth of love and caress amidst trust, peace, commitment, happiness and harmony.
I made an attempt to put across my views in here as short as possible but did end up writing a lengthy essay kinds!, I thank your patience for going through the same and if you feel we could proceed from here, i would request that i would like to have a conversation with my prospective spouse , to understand each others views and experiences of life as, we may have glimpse of time to understand each other and see if we could connect, before we get to the next level/formalities.
